Extra long shoehorn hand crafted from dark, oiled oak to easily assist with putting on and removing footwear for those who find it difficult to bend or stretch. Finished with a leather hanging loop, it measures a substantial 65cm long.
Designed and developed by Redecker in Germany, quality brush manufacturers since 1935, most of our collection is manufactured at the Redecker workshops, although some items require specialist manufacturing processes in other parts of the world.
With over 80 years experience in brush making, the family owned business continues to work using traditional methods and natural materials sourced from across the globe.

Sent it to my sister so I haven’t seen it but she was very pleased
The long oak shoe horn is perfect in all respects. Not only is it a beautiful piece of wood, it is just the right length and really facilitates putting on shoes without having to bend down. Shoes slip on easily with the extremely smooth surface with a natural curve that fits the back of the heel exactly .
It is comfortable to hold and ideal for seniors like myself.
I have given a 3* because the horn had a number of spots where the surface was coarse. I thought it was something that had to be expected with a wooden product. However, after the edges caught in my sock twice, I decided to use a fine sand paper on it. It worked really well and left the surface smooth. So I think it should had been smoothed better during manufacture
Lovely item, nice quality wood well made and finished
Haven't used it yet as its a Christmas present for my husband, he's so difficult to buy for but this is perfect its beautiful and useful! Sentimental also as I bought it for him with love!!!
