Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, or you’ve chosen a brush that isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To arrange a return, please email us at info@oxfordbrushcompany.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Once we’ve agreed the return, we’ll email you a pre-paid returns label along with instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to process your return.

Returning Your Item

Where possible, please return your item:

• In its original packaging
• With any tags still attached
• Packed securely to prevent damage in transit

We understand that packaging may have been opened to inspect the item.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@oxfordbrushcompany.com. We’ll resolve the issue quickly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Hygiene Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of personal care products, including hairbrushes, unless they are:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• Suitable for resale

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@oxfordbrushcompany.com.

UK & EU Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

If you’re purchasing as a consumer, you also have the right to cancel your order under the applicable consumer protection regulations. Items should be returned unused, with any tags attached and, where possible, in their original packaging.
